Monthly Wrap-up and BookFunnel Promotion

We're officially in March! I can't believe how fast the months have gone by. I hope everyone survived those winter storms and blizzards.

The year is still early, and there's still time to put your New Year's resolution into action. Is there something you've always wanted to do? Current Edits/Writing Cave

I'm editing a new novella. It was going to be a marriage of convenience story, but not anymore. I'll admit, I don't know what the main trope will be yet. But what I can tell you is the novella is about 36,953 words (give or take) and around 168 pages. The male and female leads are in their early forties, and they both want a baby. He's divorced and the sheriff of a small town. She's single and an assistant principal at an elementary school.

Currently Reading/Read

I read The Crash by Freida McFadden and just finished The Inmate by her. Both books were good, but The Inmate was the best. Want more details? Read my blog post (link the post here). Next up is The Surrogate Mother by Freida. I've heard good things about it and I'm looking forward to reading it Sunday night.

What I'm Watching/Watched

There was one movie I was extremely excited about watching: His & Hers. It was filmed in my grandmother's hometown! I got to see the road she lived on, the back roads the main character drove through, the police station, college—everything. It was so surreal.

I watched The Night Agent season 3. It was great. Predator: Badlands was surprisingly excellent. I'm currently watching Paradise season 2. It's off to a great, confusing start...lol
